Is virtual queue guaranteed?

Joining the virtual queue does not guarantee the ability to participate in the experience. Boarding groups for a virtual queue are limited, subject to availability, and are not guaranteed. Not all boarding groups may be called to return, based on availability of the experience.

Yes! Just because you join a virtual queue and “virtually” wait for your boarding group to be called doesn't mean you won't have to wait in an actual line once your group is called. Usually, once your boarding group is called and you join the actual, physical queue, you will experience a bit of a wait.

Virtual Queues Access to a boarding group is subject to availability and not guaranteed. Guests visiting from another theme park using an Annual Pass or the Park Hopper option may not be able to join the virtual queue in a park where they do not have a theme park reservation.

If you are unsuccessful at either of these times, all of the boarding groups are gone and you will not be able to ride the attraction. You will enter these virtual queue attractions via the Lightning Lane, which is the queue that allows you to skip the stand-by line.
