Under MIAA's Schedule and Terminal Assignment Rationalization (STAR) program, international flights will be reassigned to Terminals 1 and 3, which offer wider food, retail, and duty-free shopping options. NAIA Terminal 2, previously used exclusively by Philippine Airlines (PAL), will handle only domestic flights.

T3 is international terminal and also domestic flight operates,T2 is only for domestic flights. Whichever type of connection you book,there is no way of auto transfer of baggage between terminals,passengers have to collect baggage and re check in at check in counter at next terminal.

There are no separate terminals for domestic and international departures at T3. You simply exit from your flight and walk in the direction the signs point to exit. Somewhere in between, while you are walking to towards exits, you should see signage for international transfers.
