If you are on the fence about applying or even looking into the program, I say take the leap. I really pushed myself out of my comfort zone to work for Disney and it changed my life forever. I am truly so lucky to have worked there and met the people I did.

If you request payroll deduction, rent will be automatically deducted weekly from your paycheck*. This cost includes utilities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, water, waste disposal and electricity (with a cap). Rent for 2023 ranges from $191 to $246 per week depending on the type of apartment you live in during your program.

Some rooms have bunk beds and each apartment has a full kitchen. If you don't already know how to cook, it would be a good idea to learn before you arrive. Unlike college, the DCP does not offer meal plans and eating out will get very expensive.
