Must have completed at least one semester at an accredited U.S. college, university or higher education program by the time of the program arrival. Possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization for the duration of the program. Disney does not sponsor visas for the College Program.
Only the leader may designate housing preferences. Roommate linking is only available during the initial 72-hour DORMS registration window for your select arrival date.
Participants are responsible for the housing cost for their apartment each week (Sunday – Saturday) that they are on the program. Please review your signed payroll deduction request form for the weekly rate of your apartment.
Note that your program fees are non-refundable. HOUSING COSTS / RENT: Weekly housing costs for 2024 at Flamingo Crossings Village range from $202 to $246* per week depending on the type of apartment you live in during your program.

Mixed-gender housing provides program participants, based on availability, the option to live and roommate link with whomever they choose, regardless of their sex or gender identity. You could be placed in a mixed-gender apartment unit and/OR a shared mixed-gender bedroom.
Look no further than the Disney College Program! Because the Disney College Program allows you to earn 12-15 credit hours toward graduation while at Disney, you remain a full-time student. Those hours also count toward your 800-hour requirement for industry experience at NU.

Visitors. Visitors are welcome to visit a participant's apartment. However, non-program participants are prohibited from staying overnight. Visitor parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
If you're looking to continue working for Disney or simply not move back home, it's easier to do this if you've already graduated. Without school at home hanging over you, you won't need to coordinate making it home in time for graduation or struggle with moving back and forth the extra time.
