What happens at Disney when it rains?

Disneyland in the Rain Park Operations Disneyland Resort is open rain or shine and many guests still make it to the parks during the rain because they don't want to miss out on their vacation time. There are a few attractions that will close during rain, but many remain open and Genie+ still works in the rain too.

Slinky Dog Dash is in Toy Story Land at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Since it's an outdoor attraction, it shuts down in heavy rain and if there's severe weather or lightning in the area. On average, April is the driest month of the year. The best time of year to go to Disney World is when the temperatures are between 75°F and 85°F, making it a great day to go to the water parks or lounge by the pool. The months of October and November are also pleasant.
