Disney's usual policy states that as long as you are in line for an attraction by the time the Park closes, you'll get to ride it. That means if you get on line for Test Track at 8:59 p.m., you may walk off it at 9:30 or later, meaning you'll walk through the Park after it closes. But don't be late!

If you are physically standing in the queue for an attraction when the clock hits the official park closing time (e.g., 9:00 PM), you will be allowed to ride. Disney’s policy in 2026 remains consistent: as long as you have entered the line before the park closes, the attraction will stay operational until the very last guest in that line has experienced it. Cast Members will "close" the entrance to the queue exactly at the closing time, preventing any new guests from joining. This makes the "last minute of the day" one of the most strategic times to jump into a high-wait line like Rise of the Resistance or Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, as the posted wait time is often exaggerated to discourage latecomers, and the actual wait is usually much shorter. Note that this does not apply to "Lightning Lane" entries or specific ticketed after-hours events unless you have the appropriate credentials.
