Once a driver has accepted your ride request, you can contact them by sending an in-app message. The history of the chat will be deleted upon completion of the ride. It is also possible to call the driver and this option will be available in the app for 24 hours after the ride ended.
The personal data of the passenger is only disclosed to the ride-hailing drivers when they engage with a ride on in the Bolt app; in such a case, the driver will see the name, phone number (in some countries the number is masked), rating and geolocation data of the passenger.

You can find this information in the app from the All deliveries menu option. Alternatively, you can also check your earnings in the Performance screen. Positive balance means that Bolt owes you a sum of money that you can receive as a payout. Negative balance means that you owe Bolt money.
The amount paid out can take 1 - 2 business days to reflect in your account balance. If the balance is below the threshold, the amount will be carried over to the new week's balance. Please provide us with a supported bank account or mobile money wallet to ensure that you receive your payout.
How late can you cancel Bolt? You may cancel your booking request for a Journey any time before you begin your Journey by informing us through the App. We may also cancel the Journey if you are late to arrive to the pick-up location after the Driver has arrived.
