What is Phuket Rabbit Card?

“Phuket Rabbit Card” is designed by CDS and Rabbit Card, a top-up card for disbursing fares of Phuket Smart Bus, BTS and RTC Chiangmai City Bus, including purchase products and service at participating branches.

To get your Rabbit Card, simply choose the designated pick-up location (Klook counter at Suvarnabhumi Airport or Klook counter at centralwOrld shopping mall) and present your order confirmation.

The fare will be collected on the bus by a bus conductor. Prepare small change for the fare. A 100-baht note on an air-con bus is acceptable, but not so much on regular or smaller buses (500 and 1,000-baht banknotes are a big no-no).

On the MRT Yellow Line or other transit system, simply place the Rabbit Card on the gate and listen for the “beep” – the value of your trip will be automatically deducted from your Rabbit Card when you exit your destination station. The transit cost will be deducted from your Rabbit Card stored value balance.

For Standard Rabbit, if you wish to refund the Deposit and Stored Value, you must return your Rabbit to any BTS Ticket Office or at the Authorized Service Center. In doing so, you accept that the usage of such Rabbit shall be absolutely canceled.
