Your activity score is calculated based on the last 80 rides received within your radius. Please keep in mind that the radius is measured aerially. Activity score will: Increase when you accept a ride.

If you don't receive order requests, most likely it's due to the low demand in the area you're currently located. To help solving this issue, please make sure: You are located in the service area. You can also see the areas with higher demand on the map in the app.
If you think you left your item in the vehicle, you will have 24 hours to contact the driver through the app. Please check your Ride history to see this option.
When ordering a ride, you have the option to select a preferred driver from the list of drivers located nearby. To see the list of available drivers: Choose the preferred category. Tap on it to see the category information and price details.
