The Uber will send you to the ticket booth at the Palace entrance ( exactly the same place where the bus will drop you). I don't think any non-Pena Palace car goes beyond that. Make your way to Rossio Train Station, situated in the heart of Lisbon near the renowned Plaza Rossio, also known as King Pedro IV Square.
