What time can you get in line for Rise of the Resistance?

Guests of a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel, Shades of Green®, and Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin hotels are eligible to purchase Individual Lightning Lanes beginning at 7:00 AM. All other guests must wait until the park officially opens to make those purchases.
