Which train station is in the center of Verona?

The main railway station is VERONA PORTA NUOVA, at the junction of the Milan – Venice and Brenner – Rome railway lines. There are connections with all the main Italian railway stations throughout the day with various types of trains: through trains, Intercity, Eurostar and DB trains.

The fastest trains from Verona to Desenzano del Garda/Sirmione take around 19 minutes, covering a distance of approximately 35 kilometres. On weekdays, the first train leaving Verona is scheduled to depart at around 05:45. The last departure is usually at around 22:49.
