Travel certificates are not transferable and may not be sold, traded or bartered. However, the original recipient of a certificate may arrange travel for another person if done without selling or bartering the certificate.

If your flight operated and you didn't travel, you're not entitled to a refund. You may have valid reasons for deciding not to travel, but our business model is simple - we don't offer refunds to people who don't travel because the seat you booked has operated empty in your absence.

In some situations, a travel voucher may seem more attractive to air travellers than a refund (repayment), as they can use the voucher on future trips with the same airline or other partner airlines to save on ticket costs.
While credits can be used on as many flights as needed until they're fully used, vouchers can be used only on one flight, with any leftover value going to waste.
Flight Credits – A maximum of three flight credits can be applied per Passenger on each reservation. If your purchase exceeds the amount available on the three flight credits, you will only be allowed to use two of the flight credits and another form of payment will be required for the difference.
