Who is the new CEO of Radisson?

The hotel group CEO Federico González sees the importance of focusing on strategic geographical expansions while tuning to changing customer demands and sustainability basics for hotels.

As of 2026, the Radisson Hotel Group continues to be led by Federico J. González, who serves as the Executive Vice Chairman. However, in regional leadership, Nikhil Sharma has taken a prominent role as the Managing Director and Area Senior Vice President for South Asia, overseeing the group's massive expansion to over 150 hotels in that region. The company operates under a unique "multi-brand" strategy following its acquisition by the Jin Jiang International group, which has led to a more decentralized leadership structure across its global theaters. While González remains the overarching strategic face of the company, the "new" leadership energy in 2026 is focused on these regional managing directors who are driving localized "super cycles" of growth in spiritual and leisure tourism. This leadership team has successfully steered Radisson through its 2025–2026 milestone of reaching 114 unique locations in the Indian heartland, emphasizing "owner-friendly" operations and a shift toward "experience-led" travel that defines the brand's modern identity.
