Why would Bolt block my driver account?

Your account will be blocked if you have invalid or expired documents. To have your account unblocked, upload the valid documents via the Driver Portal. If any actions are mentioned in the in-app notification about the account suspension, follow the instructions provided to get the suspension removed.
