Can you bring a cooler into Volcano Bay? Yes – Volcano Bay follows the same “conditions of entry” policy as its two theme-park brethren. There are restrictions to keep in mind here, however: coolers can't be hard-sided (this includes styrofoam), and they can't be any larger than 8.5? wide x 6? tall x 6? deep.

Guests are allowed to carry coolers with them into the Disneyland Resort. There are a few rules that should be noted: Only smaller coolers (about the size of a 6-pack cooler or smaller) may be taken into the theme parks. I wore my modest bathing suit that was a full shirt and a skirt with leggings and had not issues on any rides. All of it was swimsuit material. Swim shirts are not only allowed but VB sells a special VB branded one too.

But keep a lookout for slides whose entrance signage reads Ride Now! You'll be able to jump right onto those rides without losing your place in another attraction's Virtual Line™.
