Yes, you can generally cancel a JustPark booking, but the refund eligibility depends heavily on the specific "Cancellation Policy" attached to the space and the timing of your request. Most standard JustPark bookings allow for a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the booking is set to begin. However, some spaces—particularly those at major transit hubs, airports, or those designated as "Non-Refundable"—may have much stricter terms. If you have a "Flex" booking, you might even be able to cancel up until the moment the arrival time starts. To cancel, you must log into the JustPark app or website, navigate to your "Bookings" tab, and select the specific reservation. If you are within the refund window, the system will process the reversal automatically to your original payment method, though it may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account. It is vital to check the individual terms before you pay, as JustPark acts as a marketplace and individual homeowners or commercial lot operators can set their own specific cancellation rules that override the general platform guidelines.

If you were unable to park, please get in touch with us as soon as you can - preferably no later than 48 hours after the booking was due to start. We hold all funds for 48 hours before releasing them to the space owner so that we can quickly process a refund if necessary.
