If you're earlyYou can either make a new booking to cover the time you arrived early, or you have to wait until the start time of your booking. It is unfortunately not possible to amend your booking to an earlier time.

No worries. If your booking has a fixed start and end time then it's covered by the fixed-term policy. There is also a 10-minute grace period to cancel after any booking to accommodate accidental bookings. If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the booking starts, you'll receive a full refund.

If you were unable to park, please get in touch with us as soon as you can - preferably no later than 48 hours after the booking was due to start. We hold all funds for 48 hours before releasing them to the space owner so that we can quickly process a refund if necessary.
Monthly withdrawals are automatically processed in the first week of each month. Quarterly withdrawals are automatically processed in the first weeks of March, June, September and December. Once you've requested a withdrawal, it can take up to 10 working days for your earnings to arrive in your nominated bank account.
10 minute grace periodThis is to allow you a reasonable period after your parking time has finished to leave the car park. If you weren't given this grace period, you may be able to challenge the charge. See the later section If you do not agree that you owe the parking charge for more information.

In addition to free parking on Sundays, NYC also has designated areas where you can park for free during specific hours of the day. Look for signs near your destination specifying the regulations, and make sure you follow them to avoid a ticket.
