Can you drink tap water Disneyland?

Tap water's perfectly safe and there are fountains all around the park.

Yes, the tap water at the Disneyland Resort in California and Walt Disney World in Florida is safe to drink, as it meets all state and federal environmental safety standards for potable water. However, many visitors find that Florida’s tap water has a distinct sulfurous or "swampy" taste due to local mineral content. To combat this, Disney has installed numerous filtered water bottle-filling stations throughout the parks (look for them near restrooms or at newer attractions like Galaxy's Edge). Additionally, you can walk into any "Quick Service" restaurant and ask for a large cup of ice water for free, which is typically filtered through the restaurant's soda machine system and tastes much better than the standard drinking fountains. In 2026, Disney continues to encourage the use of reusable bottles as part of their environmental initiatives, so carrying a bottle with a built-in filter is a popular "pro-tip" for those sensitive to the local water flavor.
