At Universal's Volcano Bay water theme park in 2026, towels are not provided for free to standard day-guests. If you do not bring your own towel from home or from your hotel, you must rent one for a fee of $7 per day (plus tax) at the concierge stands or locker areas. However, there are a few exceptions: guests who rent a private cabana or premium seating are provided with complimentary towel service as part of their rental package. If you are staying at a Universal Orlando on-site hotel, you are encouraged to bring towels from your resort pool area to Volcano Bay, provided you return them to your hotel afterward. Because of the $7 rental fee, many "pro" visitors recommend bringing a compact, quick-dry travel towel to save money and avoid the lines at the rental stations. The park does provide lockers for a fee ($14 to $25 depending on size) where you can store your towels and other dry belongings while you enjoy the slides and the Waturi Beach wave pool.
