Disneyland in the Rain Park OperationsDisneyland Resort is open rain or shine and many guests still make it to the parks during the rain because they don't want to miss out on their vacation time. There are a few attractions that will close during rain, but many remain open and Genie+ still works in the rain too.
Sometimes soaking wet depending on where you are sitting. However, they do have lockers at the ride to store your stuff in if needed. For other rides such as Splash Mountain there are a few places where you can get pretty wet.
Weather and Typhoon LagoonBecause all attractions are outside, thunderstorms grind the entire operation to a halt. Conversely, rain slows nothing down and the park will operate in a downpour. Disney's water parks do shut down for cold weather.
