Does Guardians of the Galaxy have drops?

The ride has no straight drops, but there are some areas where the track is curved so you're turning down (while the seat rotates keeping you facing the same way). It does not go upside down.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT does not have any "big" traditional vertical drops like you would find on a coaster like Expedition Everest or a log flume. Instead of a steep plunge, the ride features exciting descents, high-speed turns, and airtime hills. Because it is an "Omnicoaster"—meaning the ride vehicles can rotate 360 degrees to point you at the action—the sensation of falling is often replaced by a feeling of "drifting" or weightlessness as you soar through space. There is one section that provides a notable "tickle-in-the-stomach" sensation, but it is a gradual descent combined with a high-speed launch (the first reverse launch in Disney history). For those with a severe fear of heights or large drops, Cosmic Rewind is generally considered much more approachable than something like Tower of Terror. The "thrill" comes primarily from the smooth, fluid motion and the rotating cars rather than the intensity of the gravity-defying drops, making it a favorite for families who want a high-energy experience without the terror of a massive fall.

The coaster was quite fun but be warned it may be intense for younger kids.
