Does Hertz charge for no show?

Should you fail to pick up the vehicle within 1 hour from the pick-up time and date, or in the case of airport rentals, within 2 hours of the flight arrival time if a flight number has been provided, we reserve the right to charge a No Show Fee.

If you arrive at the location more than one (1) hour after the reserved pick-up time, we will try to provide a vehicle for you, however, availability cannot be guaranteed. If the location closes within that one hour period and you fail to pick up the vehicle, the reservation will expire at closing time of the location.
