How do I access my Disney tickets on the app?

Once you find your ticket confirmation email, you can open the Disneyland Mobile App, select the Menu button (the 3 horizontal lines in the bottom right of the navigation bar), then tap Tickets and Passes, and from here you can load your tickets to the mobile app by selecting Link Tickets & Passes.

Click on "Link Tickets" and re-enter your Ticket ID Code to see if they connect back to your account. If all fails and your tickets are not showing back up, your best bet will be to call the Existing Tickets line and speak to a Cast Member for assistance.

Accessing your eTicket: When you first ordered your tickets, you should have received a confirmation email - make sure to keep this email handy! To access your tickets, you'll select the Access Your eTickets button near the top of the email.
