How do I change my Railcard details?

How can I change my address details if I am an online Railcard customer? Please click on 'Manage my Railcard' on the top right of the website homepage to log in to your account. Once logged in, please click on 'MY RAILCARD' then click on 'Update addresses' to change your address.

You can renew your Railcard 30 days before expiry, simply:
  1. Log into your account. You will have made this when you first purchased your Railcard.
  2. Click on the Railcard you wish to renew.
  3. Check all the details are correct.
  4. Pay.
  5. And you're done!

Please go to Manage my Railcard on the website homepage to log in to your account. Once logged in, on the top right of your account summary page, please click on your 'Menu Profile' and select 'Personal Details'. You will be given the option to update or change your personal details, including your address.

After logging in, navigate to the Account tab and tap on Your Railcards to bring up the list of Railcards you've purchased. Then tap on Download Railcard to download it to your device.

It is possible to add multiple Railcards for different people who are travelling. When the fares are displayed, click on one of the prices to see how much money you have saved with your Railcard. Your total journey cost will include the correct discounts for each of the passengers and Railcards entered.

Once you have removed one device on your account, please click 'Request a new code for your Railcard' to generate a new download code. You can now use this new download code to add your digital Senior Railcard to a new device. Please note that you can only store your digital Railcard on a maximum of 2 devices.
