How do I pay my TfL unpaid fees?

2. Pay Online (Fastest Method)

  • Enter your PCN number and vehicle registration.
  • Follow the prompts to pay by debit/credit card (including Apple Pay/Google Pay).

3. Pay by Phone

  • Call the TfL automated payment line: 0343 222 2222 (London) or +44 343 222 2222 (outside UK).
  • Have your PCN number and payment card ready.

4. Pay by Post
