This section has been closed for a long time (at least a year). The Rapids River, which has some floating sections, river rapids, and big wave surges sections is open. It is definitely not lazy, but a ton of fun!!

Not unlike any other hotel, the public are free to wander the common areas, ie. lobbies, restaurants, bars, casino, stores, marina village, etc. The areas that are restricted to guests only, are the pools, waterslides, movie theatre, aquariums, etc.
The 2km long lazy river & rapids takes a good 20 minutes or so to do a full circle around the outskirts of the park, containing the two towers where all the rides are. There's also a private man-made beach for the waterpark too, so there's plenty to keep you busy all day long.
