Is Disneyland Magic Key sold out?

Disneyland has paused new sales of the top-priced Inspire Key annual pass — meaning none of the four Magic Key tiers is currently available for purchase. Sign up for our Park Life newsletter and find out what's new and interesting every week at Southern California's theme parks. Subscribe here.

As of February 2026, the status of Disneyland Magic Key passes is "Paused," meaning they are currently sold out for new purchases but available for current holders to renew. Disneyland typically "opens the vault" for new sales a few times a year—most recently in mid-January 2026—but these windows often close within a few days once the predetermined capacity for each tier is reached. The tiers currently include the Inspire, Believe, Enchant, and Imagine Keys, as well as the newer "Explore Key." If you are looking to buy a new pass, the best strategy is to follow the official @DisneylandMagicKey social media accounts or the Disney Parks Blog for an announcement of the next "drop." Historically, sales often resume in the late spring or after the annual price adjustments. Until then, the only way to visit the park is by purchasing standard daily tickets. Note that even with a Magic Key, you must still make a park reservation, which can also "sell out" for popular days like holidays or weekends.
