Why are my Disney tickets not showing up in the app?

Some reservations and tickets may not autoMAGICALLY appear in My Disney Experience. You can visit the Link Reservations and Tickets page on disneyworld.com to verify. After your tickets and travel details are linked, you can view and update them on your My Plans section of My Disney Experience.

To check if your tickets are linked, open your My Disney Experience mobile app, tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom right, and tap Tickets and Passes If you see some tickets, you're good to go!

Before you go back to check your plans on your smartphone, make sure that you are running the most updated version of its operating system. Also, check to make sure that you have the most recently updated version of My Disney Experience. Sometimes even deleting the app from your device and reinstalling it will help.
