How do I get to the Skyliner at EPCOT?

The Epcot station is located at the World Showcase entrance (“International Gateway”). If you're unfamiliar with this entrance, it's accessible via the bridge between the UK and France pavilions. The entrance also serves guests staying at the Boardwalk area hotels.
