What rides weigh you at Volcano Bay?

You will be weighed and not allowed to ride the drop tube slides if you exceed 300 lbs. Also, there is a 300 lb single rider weight limit for the raft slides at the back of park. The OhYah and OhNo slides and the Panga Racers have no weight limits.

At Universal's Volcano Bay, several high-thrill attractions utilize integrated scales to ensure safety and proper raft balance, though the process is often discreet. The rides that typically require a weight check—either individually or as a combined group—include the Krakatau Aqua Coaster, Ko’okiri Body Plunge, Kala & Tai Nui Serpentine Body Slides, and the Honu ika Moana raft slides. For the body plunges, individual weight limits are generally capped at 300 lbs. For the multi-person raft rides like the Aqua Coaster, the system calculates the "combined weight" of the group (usually a max of 700–1,050 lbs depending on the ride) to ensure the magnets and water jets can safely propel the vehicle. Scales are often built into the floor at the loading area or entrance, and ride operators monitor a "stop/go" light system rather than displaying your weight on a public screen.
