What time do gates open at Volcano Bay?

The seasonal schedules are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM. These four schedules will fluctuate based on the month and day you plan to visit. So, it is important to note these changing Volcano Bay times during the time of year you're visiting.

However, guests staying at Universal Orlando Resort hotels or those with specific ticket types often benefit from Early Park Admission, which allows entry at 9:00 AM, one hour before the official opening. It is important to note that Volcano Bay hours can be seasonal; while it remains open year-round, it may close on select dates during the colder months (typically October through February) for maintenance or due to inclement weather. The two water parks differ in their ownership, but the major difference between Typhoon Lagoon and Volcano Bay is the attractions.
