Yes the hotel provides toiletries and towels. The water park (Volcano Bay) is across the road and is very convenient but we took our own towels and didn't see any towels to use whilst we were there. But you could just take one of your room towels.

I wore my modest bathing suit that was a full shirt and a skirt with leggings and had not issues on any rides. All of it was swimsuit material. Swim shirts are not only allowed but VB sells a special VB branded one too.
