How intense is Guardians of the Galaxy Disneyland?

GOTG is an awesome ride and not as intense as RNRC; however, the spinning non-sense on GOTG makes me want to vomit. No other ride makes me feel that way. I love RNRC, but I need Dramamine to do GOTG.
