How many attractions does Volcano Bay have?

A: There are over 15 rides at Volcano Bay, with a blend of slides, lazy rivers and even an aqua coaster.

Universal's Volcano Bay water theme park features 19 unique attractions spread across its tropical landscape in 2026. These include the massive 200-foot Krakatau Volcano, which houses the park's signature "Krakatau Aqua Coaster," as well as three high-intensity drop slides (Ko’okiri, Kala, and Tai Nui). The park is divided into four immersive villages: The Volcano, Wave Village (home to the Waturi Beach wave pool), River Village (focused on families and the Kopiko Wai Winding River), and Rainforest Village (featuring action-packed raft rides like Honu ika Moana). Every guest receives a TapuTapu wearable device upon entry, which allows you to virtually wait in line for all 19 attractions, eliminating the need for physical queues. For 2026, the park has introduced "Volcano Bay Nights," an exclusive after-hours event where select attractions remain open with shorter wait times and special neon lighting effects.

Express Pass at VB is VITAL on busy days. I rarely buy UXP for the other parks, but it's a must there. If you've never been or used the Tapu Tapu system it's great, but on very busy days it can't handle the crowds. Buying UXP eliminates that.
